  • Oversaw vendor management for global payroll, time management, benefits systems, and solution partners across multiple international regions.
  • Developed and implemented solutions for recruiting, performance management, succession planning, learning management, and system user training across diverse time zones.
  • Provided staffing solutions and program management for HR, payroll, benefits, and acquisition integration teams.
  • Implemented new group benefits plans and managed open enrollment across multiple countries, ensuring proper policy and procedure documentation.
  • Executed change management initiatives and delivered employee coaching on performance reviews and integration processes.
