Mr. Davis has over 37 years of broad business and professional services experience. Mr. Davis was formerly a partner with KPMG. During his 27 year KPMG career he spent time in the following offices: Orange County, California; Columbus, Ohio; Executive office; Metro New York and Los Angeles, California. Some of his positions included; as the Managing Partner of the Los Angeles offices, National Partner-in-Charge of Human Resources-Tax, as well as Senior Partner for global and national accounts.
Mr. Davis formally retired from KPMG in 2004 and accepted a position as Managing Partner for a national consulting firm in Los Angeles. Mr. Davis is currently a Board Member and the Chairman of the Finance Committee for The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. He was formerly a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair for a venture capital backed, Silicon Valley Company in the software applications market space. Mr. Davis is a CPA in California, New York and Ohio. He holds a BA in History/Political Science from Butler University, a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University and a Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.
Brett is a Partner & Managing Director of ETONIEN and Co-founder of enhanceHCM and Crosby Row. Prior to joining ETONIEN in 2008, Brett was a Senior Analyst and Investment Partner at The Sands Group (TSG) and Senior Analyst at The Harris Group (THG), both highly focused commercial real estate investment sales and advisory firms in partnership with Marcus & Millichap.
Brett holds a BS in Finance from Santa Clara University, where he also lettered for four years on the D-1 soccer team. Upon graduating, he played professionally for three seasons in New York, where he won a National Championship in 2002 with the Long Island Roughriders.
Brett sits on the Board of Directors of Los Angeles Team Mentoring. Brett resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife, Maria, and sons, Grant and JJ.
Mr. Davis is a Partner and Managing Director, Markets at ETONIEN, with a special focus on the unique needs of Private Equity firms and the ever-growing, diverse Los Angeles market. Prior to joining ETONIEN in 2009, Mr. Davis was a Senior Associate at The Harris Group (THG). THG is a highly focused multi-family investment sales and advisory firm in partnership with Marcus & Millichap, the leading multi-family brokerage company in the US.
Mr. Davis is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Bureau and was formerly on the board of the Red Cross Los Angeles Chapter. Mr. Davis graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles where he lettered four years on the UCLA Men’s Varsity Soccer Team, winning the 2002 NCAA National Championship. Following a successful career at UCLA, Mr. Davis played soccer professionally for one season in New York.
Mr. Davis resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife Regan and sons West and Walker.
Mrs. Tober is Managing Director, Recruitment + Development at ETONIEN, with over 14 years of experience as a corporate and professional recruiter. Prior to joining ETONIEN in 2008, Mrs. Tober was the Director of Recruitment at Elite Placement Group, where she placed highly qualified administrative professionals within Private Equity firms, Investment Banks, and other large corporations in the financial services, entertainment and professional services industries. Prior to Elite, Mrs. Tober began her recruiting career with a Fortune 500 company—the world’s largest and most specialized staffing company.
Mrs. Tober has held leadership positions with philanthropic organizations including the Junior League of Los Angeles and is involved with various professional networking organizations including Financial Executive Networking Group (FENG). Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi she attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, majoring in Human and Organizational Development where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Mrs. Tober resides in Redondo Beach with her husband Alistair and her children Miller and Callie.
