JOSEPH E. DAVIS CO-FOUNDER

Mr. Davis has over 37 years of broad business and professional services experience. Mr. Davis was formerly a partner with KPMG. During his 27 year KPMG career he spent time in the following offices: Orange County, California; Columbus, Ohio; Executive office; Metro New York and Los Angeles, California. Some of his positions included; as the Managing Partner of the Los Angeles offices, National Partner-in-Charge of Human Resources-Tax, as well as Senior Partner for global and national accounts.

Mr. Davis formally retired from KPMG in 2004 and accepted a position as Managing Partner for a national consulting firm in Los Angeles. Mr. Davis is currently a Board Member and the Chairman of the Finance Committee for The Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. He was formerly a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair for a venture capital backed, Silicon Valley Company in the software applications market space. Mr. Davis is a CPA in California, New York and Ohio. He holds a BA in History/Political Science from Butler University, a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University and a Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.

LAWRENCE GREAVES CO-FOUNDER

Prior to founding ETONIEN, Mr. Greaves held roles in boutique advisory firms as well as being a Practice Leader with a large national consulting firm. Mr. Greaves was not only the youngest leader of the national management team; he also led the fastest growing and most profitable business unit in that firm’s history. Mr. Greaves was born and raised in England and relocated to Southern California in 2005. Mr. Greaves was educated at the University of Westminster’s Harrow Business School, London England and was certified as a Business Manager through the Royal Bank of Scotland.

In addition to his role as an entrepreneur, Mr. Greaves is a devoted husband and father as well as an active philanthropist in organizations that focus on the support and rehabilitation, notably of women and children. Mr. Greaves is an active board member of St. Anne’s, a Catholic-founded social service agency in Los Angeles that supports and develops at risk women and children. Mr. Greaves is engaged by private companies as an advisor and board member; he leverages his background to assist in areas of revenue growth, marketing, capital structure and fundraising.
