  • Developed a comprehensive financial dashboard and implemented daily cash reporting.
  • Reduced the month-end close period from 30+ days to just 6 days through process redesign and discipline.
  • Created detailed business unit financial models, forming the foundation for the FY2023 budget.
  • Designed an easily updatable P&L model for 21 business units to track actuals versus budget.
