  • Built from scratch: Scalable HR infrastructure and Program Management Office (PMO) to oversee integration across multiple entities and acquisitions.
  • Embedded leadership: Interim Chief People Officer plus full-service HR Operations team to provide strategic and tactical leadership.
  • Human Capital Integration: Rapid onboarding and assimilation of acquired workforces into unified HR systems and cultural alignment differences.

  • State tax registration: Led entity-level state and local tax registration efforts to support jurisdictional compliance and enable multi-state payroll tax withholding.
  • Strategic Programs: Designed and launched new group benefits, 401(k), and compliance program to meet scale and regulatory demands.
  • Value Alignment: Created a compelling Partner & Employee Value Proposition to support retention and cultural cohesion.
  • Regulatory Rigor: Standardized policies, executed compliance audits, and implemented risk mitigation measures across the enterprise.
